ORDENANÇA DE MESURES PER FOMENTAR I GARANTIR LA CONVIVÈNCIA CIUTADANA A LA CIUTAT DE BARCELONA
Article 20.- Normes de conducta
1. És prohibit realitzar tota mena de grafit, pintada, taca, gargot, escrit, inscripció o grafisme, amb qualsevol matèria (tinta, pintura, matèria orgànica, o similars) o bé ratllant la superfície, sobre qualsevol element de l’espai públic, així com a l’interior o l’exterior d’equipaments, infraestructures o elements d’un servei públic i instal·lacions en general, inclosos transport públic, equipaments, mobiliari urbà, arbres, jardins i vies públiques en general i la resta d’elements descrits a l’article 3 d’aquesta Ordenança. Queden exclosos els murals artístics que es realitzin amb autorització del propietari o amb autorització municipal.
