On november 30th, spanish TV screened “Con visado de calle”, a short document about alternative contemporary art in spain.

In many cities car park management is a problem because its focused from an economic point of view instead of trying to serve city dwellers. It’s done by maximizing the Blue Zone (2.50 euros / hour) and minimizing priority areas for residents (1 euro / week). In Barcelona, the Green Area, car park system for residents, has 18,000 places for a total of 300,000 vehicles. To park a car is a utopia.

With this video we discover an infallible method to keep the place.
